Describe it once.
Add a description, photos, or a short video. Share an approximate area, without publishing your address.
Describe your project and compare quotes at your own pace. Your phone number stays private. You choose the provider you want to work with—and you make the first contact.

Requesting quotes should give you options, not a ringing phone. In our planned service, contractors can submit quotes without receiving your phone number. Review prices and past work, then contact only the providers you choose.
You choose who. You choose when. You make the first contact.Planned platform policy. This private demo uses fictional providers and does not send requests or arrange calls.
One request, a consistent scope, and a decision you make at your own pace.
Add a description, photos, or a short video. Share an approximate area, without publishing your address.
Review scope, exclusions, materials, inspection charges, warranty, and evidence of previous work.
Compare first. Contact only the provider you choose, when you are ready. Receiving a quote never gives a contractor permission to call you.
Explore 17 service categories. Every category uses the same homeowner-controlled comparison process.
Category availability shown here is illustrative. Live coverage will open by trade and ZIP code as providers join. No provider availability or price is guaranteed.
Choose your city when describing your project. We are building our provider network across these planned service areas.
San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Cupertino, Saratoga, Campbell, Los Altos, Los Gatos.
Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, San Carlos, Belmont, San Mateo, Burlingame, Millbrae, San Bruno, South San Francisco, Daly City, San Francisco.
Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville, San Leandro, Hayward, Union City, Newark, Fremont.
Planned coverage. Live requests will open by trade and ZIP code as providers complete onboarding. Provider availability is not yet confirmed.
Our planned service will organize scope, costs and missing details—even for quotes from outside our network.
Planned paid second opinions from qualified trade professionals. Reviewers would not bid on the same job.
Set a budget or a quote to match. Compare value, choose your pro and make the first contact.
Expert reviews, automated quote analysis and real provider invitations are planned. The current demo uses fictional quotes and local-only attachments.

No phone, email or street address is collected or shared in this demo. In production, media and messages also need review for identifying details.
Review a sample provider and request a visit from the comparison screen.
Similar jobs. A nearby area. A flexible schedule. The proposed neighborhood program lets providers offer a group rate—while every homeowner keeps an individual scope and the freedom to choose.
Explore the volume scenario ↓Scenario only. No users, provider commitments or discounts are claimed. A national user count is not a guaranteed local workload. Every job requires a provider-approved scope, capacity, price and individual agreement.
No unsolicited calls are allowed in our planned model. Bidders do not receive your phone number. You review their quotes, choose whom you want to work with and make the first contact. A quote alone never grants permission to call. If you later want a callback, you must explicitly authorize it for that provider. This private demo does not contact anyone.
No. Hidden damage, access, permits and diagnosis can affect cost. Providers must label estimates, inspection fees, fixed quotes and exclusions separately. Scope changes require written approval.
The launch plan requires trade-specific license checks, insurance evidence and dated verification, along with completed-job reviews and permissioned before-and-after portfolios. A license or review does not guarantee future work quality.
No automatic quality claim is made from price. The homeowner compares the same scope, total charges, warranty, history and schedule. Sponsored placement must be labeled and separate from objective sorting.
No. This is a private demo. No contractors are connected, no jobs are posted, no funds are collected and no visits are arranged.
Our planned service area spans San Jose and Silicon Valley, north through the Peninsula to San Francisco, and into Oakland and the East Bay. Homeowners contract with and pay their chosen contractor directly. We plan to test a free founding-provider pilot, then separate provider subscriptions for useful quoting tools and suitable local opportunities. No contractor payments or subscriptions are collected in this demo.
